2 Tablespoons (Soaked)

Thick Curd

3 Tablespoons

Milk

About half a cup

Water

About half a cup

Jaggery

1 Tablespoon

 

PROCEDURE

Step1: Mix the jaggery and curd with a whisk.

Step2: Add milk and water

Step3: Add Chia
