HORLICKS
HORLICKS SMOOTHIE (WHITE OR CHOCOLATE HORLICKS)
A simple, healthy smoothie LACED WITH HORLICKS and full of flavour guaranteed to waken up your tastebuds
INGREDIENTS
Small banana | One |
Musk Mellon | Few pieces |
Milk | About half a glass |
Water | Suitably |
Horlicks | 1 or 2 Tablespoons |
PROCEDURE
Step1: To a blender add one small banana, few pieces musk melon, half glass milk a little water one or 2 tsp of Horlicks, blend well
Step2: Chia is a must for all smoothies. Add half glass (fully soaked) chia to the blended Horlicks mixture
Step3: Blend well. Add in dry fruits about one tsp or so.
Additional Information:
- Dry fruits about one tablespoon adds to the taste
