A 7-ingredient smoothie with carrot juice, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, and banana! An anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.



Carrot 1 Cup grated
Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Milk 1 Cup
Jaggery 2 Tablespoon
Cardamom Powder A pinch
Chia 2 Tablespoon



Step1: Roast the carrots with ghee till its well-cooked.

Step2: Add this to the blender with milk, jaggery and cardamom powder.

Step3: Blend well to a thick smoothie

Step4: Add soaked chia to the blended mix.

Step5: Garnish with dry fruits
