Banana Small

Coconut Milk (Tender Coconut)

Half a Cup

Chai

Half a glass – 2 Tablespoon

 

PROCEDURE

Step1: Cook pineapple in a pan and allow to cool

Step2: Blend everything except Chia

Step3: Mix the blend with chia
